How can you make your own homemade table hockey? You know, with the rods that move the players and what not. I'm not looking for anything too complicated though.

mike1942f replied: "These don't look like the ones I was thinking of which have rods running across the table where the players stand at the sides and spin the rods which have "player" figures fixed to them. Much easier to build I would think. Like this, but they call it a soccer table"

Munro table hockey pucks? I am interested in replacing the puck for a vintage Munro table hockey game from the 70's--does anyone know of any websites (other than eBay) where these can be bought? Thanks!

Why haven't they made a hockey game for the Wii yet? I am not talking about table hockey, or air hockey, but real hockey. I am starting to have symptoms of withdrawl.

Jared G replied: "I don't know but that is a great question. I would go buy one if I could play realistic hockey on Wii."

It's-a-me, MyQ-e-o! replied: "I have wondered the same thing. Only reason I can think of is that EA Sports & 2K Sports feels it would not be profitable. I would suggest emailing EA Sports & keep requesting it."

Benny Boy replied: "I was wondering the same thing. Someone came out with a shitty hockey game called Kidz Hockey or something. But it's shit. We want a real game!"

John O replied: "A good, realistic hockey game would be fun. I'd buy it."

Alex replied: "eventually someone will. but it is surprising that nobody has made one yet."

Can you pretty please answer these questions about hockey stuff? 1. If Harry Caray were still alive, would he have been invited as a color commentator for next season’s winter classic? 2. The Thrashers have signed Angelo Esposito. I remember a few years ago, there was BIG talk about this kid…then things fizzled away with consistency issues. What are the chances (percentage) of this kid actually making a spot on a line with Atlanta? 3. Did you ever play table hockey where your hands would lie flat on a table, your thumbs make the back of the goal, and you use a quarter as the puck? Makes we wonder how video games became so big, lmao. 4. If your points where equal to pennies, would you come on here more often to make money? 5. I went on the Florida Panther website the other day, and noticed that they are calling themselves “The Cats”. I understand that a Panther is a Cat, but I have NEVER heard anybody refer to them as “the Cats”….sounds too much like “the Caps”. What would be a better nickname for Florida? The Pans? Typo #3: "me" not we......One of these days I need to read my questions before I hit the blue submit button. Beer: lol...quarters worked better.

alwaysmoose replied: "I can see it now "HEY, if you could turn your basement into an ice rink, would you. I know I would. HEY. Hawks win, Hawks win.""

BeerSlayer The Coolest GameonIce replied: "1- I would have. 2- Give him another year or so in the minors. I know he fizzled during the Jr. Worlds/tryouts...trying to remember if he even made the cut. Hmmmm. 3- For sure....but we used pennies. We came from the wrong side of the tracks and couldn't afford quarters. 4- I'd probably owe. 5- Pu$$y's"

benny20 replied: "1. No, but he could be a guest. 2. Not sure, I'm sure that there are spots that are up for grabs, and if he performs well he could grab it. 3. YES! 4. Maybe, but in order to make any real $ you'd have to spend every waking moment here. I have too much life to live for that. 5. Never heard of them as the "Cats". They should call themselves the "Snow Birds". 6. GO PENS!!!!!!!!!!"

Joe B ...Sup replied: "1.I LOVED Harry. He would be great but he had trouble keeping up in baseball so I think he'd have even more trouble in hockey."Hey Lidstrom tripped don't they have ice in Denmark?"He always screwed up places people lived. 2)Not sure aboot Angelo. 3)Actually I played penny hockey where your pointer finger and pinky were the goals..Too long to explain if you don't know aboot that sport. 4)No...You know how many BAs I have to get to buy a gallon of gas?Even LITY can only afford 2 gallons now. 5)I liked "The Rats" back in the mid 90s.I heard Kimmy refer to them as the Cats before."

the_iceman86 replied: "1.) My god I hope so. 2.) Probably, they aren't looking too good so they may as well go young. 3.) Oh yeah, like a clean version of bloody knuckles. We used to do that stuff at lunch all the time. 4.) I would answer every question posted. Any section, I don't care. I love money.... 5.) I have no idea. LOL"

2eighty8 V3.6 replied: "1. Who? 2. If he gives enough effort, I think he'll crack the line-up, consistent or not. 3. Yes. 4. Oh, my, yes. I would have sixty some-odd bucks by now? lol 5. The Pans still sounds better than "Sens Army." Melnyk has to fire whoever comes up with these marketing campaigns. They're all so lame."

Laying Low will miss Ted Nolan replied: "1) He'd be in the bag by the first intermission. How can you not like his drunk version of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame"? 2)It's Atlanta, how can he not get a spot. 3)Lunchtime activity when it rained. Many versions of the game. 4) Sure. between answering Q's and voting, I could make more here than wiping windshields on the corner. 5)Treeclimbers?"

Teal Town USA replied: "1. No, I doubt it 2. Slim chances for him 3. I used to play table hockey where I'd guard the entire goal with my hand, until I got a 'slap' shot into the hand (3 years ago). And I felt really stupid after that because it was my son's friend who at the time was 6! Yes, a 6 year old making a 39 year old bleed! 4. I would quit my job. ;) 5. I like 'the Pans'...maybe we can make a nickname when they have a decent team."

Kimmy (QOP) replied: "1)That would be great to hear Harry Caray call an outdoor hockey game. 2)60%. Atlanta could use some more help. I just hope the young Espo has gotten over his lazy tendancies and realy puts forth the effort 3)Not I have not. But my friends and I have played table hockey at Mickey D's with soda lids and fallen fries as the goals. It was raining and noone was in there but us and the workers. It was a blast. We used several tables a a rink. 4)If that was true. I could ,with my points, go to the movies and almost be able to buy snacks with that money. If they were paying me more then pennies. I would be on here a lot more. 5)Homes. I have called them the Cats for a long time. Shows how much you pay attention to what I say. :( lol They have called themselves the Cats for as long as they have been around. One crowd chant is Go Cats Go. WE still use the rat as well. Just like the Lightning are also called the Bolts. The Panthers are called the Cats."

Sara FTW :) replied: "1.) lol, of course! he's hillarious. 2.) Pretty high, considering they have nobody but Kovalchuk on the team. 3.) Haha yeah, in elementary school. 4.) Maybe...After I answer this question, I'd have $49.03 from answering questions in 6 months. So I'd make about $100 a year! 2 cents a question! 5.) No, then they'd sound like the Pens. They just shouldn't have a nickname..."

SportsAnimal6:37 replied: "1.of course.but he would be 96! 2.same thing with the red wings goalie draft pick. 3.haha.i did do that a while back 4.i've almost got 17.36 worth 5.the killers.the endangerable."

Suggest games for a kids birthday party? My son is turning one, we gonna have a party with kids ages 1 to 9yrs. Anyone know how i can keep the kids entertained, the party is going to be in the restaurant's game room. So the will be a few video game machines there like car racing, pacman, table hockey. Besides that what games can we play to keep kids happy or do the games i mentioned above sound like enough entertainment. I can't afford face painters/clowns etc.

3mom replied: "well 1 yr olds won't really have any interest in games. Bingo is always a favorite with kids of all ages. Get some dollar store prizes or pass out candy to use as markers and/or eat!"

*~PiXiE~* replied: "You could have some smaller games... pin the tail on the donkey, pass the parcel, musical chairs (if you have acess to music & chairs), balloon pop (get a balloon for each (older) child put a peice of paper in each with "winner" written on one peice, get each child to choose & pop a balloon, whoever gets the word "winner" gets a prize). Hope you have a great day!"

lovelyAngel replied: "how about musical chairs"

NFL and NHL Copyrightright infringment? If i were to use NFL sport figures with NHL players on a table hockey league would NFL and NHL be upset with me? is this copyright infringment?

beast replied: "no"

Coach replied: "--- if this is something just for you in your house - no. If you are going to make money on it - yes."

Toy Compony copyright? I have a table hockey league and i am using toys from rival compony's of eachother would this be copyright infringment in anyway?

Riyen's Mom replied: "no, I wouldn't think so."

Copyright infringment? If i had a hockey table league with real hockey team names like in the NHL would this be copyright infringment? Also if i had a finals game with the team that won the NHL table hockey game play the NFL table hockey league in a final using a 7 game series combinding both NHL and NFL teams would this be stealing?

Homes replied: "Here is their Copyright Policy. Call them and ask them."

BeerSlayer The Coolest GameonIce replied: "I wouldn't worry to much about it. Imagine if they tried to enforce something like that?! "

Im A Jerichoholic! replied: "no the wont sue for just playing a game but if you feel bad about it call it th NHA natinol hockey accosiation"

Leafsfan29 replied: "If it's for your non-commercial use, then you're probably fine. If you're trying to sell/market this product, then this is an entirely different issue. The NFL, by the way, is fairly well known for their rather stringent enforcement of their legal copyrights."

nypengwings is the Green Lantern replied: "I don't believe so, at my rink for in-house, I've been on the River Rats and the Wheat Kings. They also use NHL teams for the younger kids. When my brother was a mite, he was on the Blues."

funny commercials? I would love to see again those beer commercials featuring the table hockey guys that would play during televised hockey games. What happened to those commercials? Did anyone record them? The link through youtube.com was cool, but not quite right. I'm looking for the animated table hockey guys. My brothers used to have one of those table hockey games, so it was fun to see the players animated and cracking jokes about the differences between the flat players and the 3-dimensional players. If someone remembers them and knows where to find them, I'd appreciate it. Sometimes youtube.com is like looking for that needle in a haystack without a magnet.

padraig♥ replied: "try youtube.com that basically has everything."

lidstromnumber1fan replied: "Try youtube.com"

remmulpmas replied: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcvM2Y5rIeU is this it?"

girldehockey replied: "Was one of those commercials where one of the guys exxagurated the curve on the blade of a stick to get beer out of the fridge? that was funny"
